We are encouraging online payments via BACS the evening before departure.
Where this is not possible, payment terminals will be disinfected before and after each transaction.
Room keys will be disinfected with medical-grade antimicrobial agent after each stay

Reduced capacities within all areas to allow for social distancing
We are looking forward to reopening our hotel on 4th July 2020 following the new guidelines issued by the Government.
Our hotel including our restaurant and bar will reopen on Saturday 4th 2020.
Full procedure for sanitising all bedrooms after guest departure, eg all touch points such as handles, doors, remote controls etc
All additional collateral, furnishings and non-essential items will be removed from our bedrooms so we can focus on the highest levels of cleanliness Linens will be handled with extreme care to prevent raising dust and potential contamination.
Used linen will be washed at a minimum of 70°C for at least 25 mins to kill potential bacteria
Communication platforms established for internal efficient flow of communications Any local health guidelines around the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment will be strictly adhered to by our teams across all departments from guest services to back-of-house and kitchens
Notice points for team on hand washing and preventative measures, with a reminder placed in all public bathrooms.
Operating a full social distancing policy in all food & beverage areas, in line with the HSE Guidelines. Restaurant dining will be table serve at all times. Out side dining we will have a collection point Menus are available to view and download from our website. All menus will be of paper and thrown away once read. A reduced number of tables will be in place to ensure social distancing. All table linen has been removed. Outdoor condiments are of single use sachets. Indoor condiments will be removed and disinfected after each party has left. Tabletops and chair arms will also be disinfected after each seating
Furniture has been rearranged in lobbies and communal areas in such a way to allow you to enjoy our facilities with proper social distancing
Vigorous and frequent cleaning and sanitising of all surfaces and touch points is being carried out throughout our hotel.
Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the hotel at every necessary location
Signage will remain in place throughout our public areas to remind our guests to observe social distancing and handwashing
We will choose to leave doors open, where possible, to reduce touch points for guests
