Ostrich
The Ostrich steak is a very
healthy alternative with a very low fat content of less than 0.5%.
This is a versatile red meat cooked to your personal preference.
First it is flashed fried in a little Olive Oil, and then slowly
grilled with a Port & Redcurrant

Springbok
The Springbok is the smaller of the African Antelopes.
It is the size of a Roe Deer with an ochre coloured coat and a white
strip on its side. This is a deep purple 10oz steak and very rich
in flavour, accompanied with a sweet pear and coriander jus.

The Bison is North Americas largest native animal
and since the 1990's has been extensively farmed. The 12oz Bison
steaks are very similar to beef and is best served rare or medium
to keep its juicy and tender characteristics, served with a whisky
and cream sauce.

Kangaroo has a high protein and iron content. It
is a fine-grained meat which when cooked has a texture likened to
liver. It has less than a 2% fat content and is best served rare
or medium. This comes as a 16oz steak served with a black grape jus.
